Service Description
This 4-session class allows young potters ages 10-13 (and a guardian/caretaker) to explore the process of wood fired pottery from start to finish! Students will assist in preparing the wood for the firing (4/4), make up to 5 pieces to fire (4/11), and fire the kiln (4/25). On May 2, students will enjoy a potluck dinner while celebrating their finished work with all April Play with Clay participants. April classes will meet from 3:30 to 5:30 PM. The potluck dinner/pot pick up on May 2 will be 3:30 to 6:00 PM. Sliding scale: $150 deposit due upon booking, additional donation can be made in person at the end of class.

This class requires a minimum of 4 registered participants. If fewer than 4 participants register, this class will be canceled, and payments will be refunded to the original payment method. Participants wishing to cancel or reschedule to a different session should contact us directly. Changes to reservations are at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
